Backups will be performed on a daily basis with a three-day retention period, meaning backups from the last three days will be retained. It's an incremental backup, so only files that have changed since the last backup will be backed up. The backup can be restored up to 5x per month.
Weekly Plan

Backups will be performed on a weekly basis with a two-day retention period, meaning backups from the last two days will be retained. It's an incremental backup, so only files that have changed since the last backup will be backed up. The backup can be restored up to 5x per month.
Manual/Snapshot Backup Plan

This is a manual backup plan requiring the customer to log in to the control panel and perform the backup. We retain only one backup, meaning that if they perform a new backup, the old backup will be removed. It's a full backup, and can be restored up to 5x per month.
