HostPapa, Inc., a leading global web hosting and cloud services provider, announced the completion of its acquisition of Hostwinds LLC (“Hostwinds”), a Seattle-based hosting provider founded in 2010 and known for its customer-first approach and hands-on support model.
The acquisition expands HostPapa’s full-stack hosting portfolio across shared hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers, and reseller solutions. Hostwinds brings additional data center presence in Seattle, Dallas, and Amsterdam, further enhancing HostPapa’s geographic reach across North America and Europe. Together, these capabilities create a more scalable and resilient infrastructure platform for SMBs, developers, agencies, and resellers worldwide.
