Our network connectivity at all locations is provided by Cisco® Catalyst series equipment. No cost has been spared insuring the best possible performance. In the event of regional network problems, our engineers can route effected customers around the issue in just minutes. In the rare event that our network fails, we have policies that protect our customers. If your service uptime fails below 100% due to network related issues you will be issued considerable credits on your next month of service. Please refer to our SLA for additional details.
